Here is an example of the 3D printing process.
First, a computer 3D model was created, a slicing program was used to generate the G-code that was sent to the 3D printer to print the part. This particular part is printed in a flexible TPU(Thermoplastic Polyurethane) material which is similar in properties to a rubber band. This part was printed to prove concept and test fit with another part. The part is approximately 3.5" long and about .75" thick and printed in about 2hrs.
